At Friends Cars Japan Co., we make importing vehicles, engines, and spare parts from Japan simple, reliable, and transparent. Partnering with trusted industry leaders like AUCNET INC and KAIHO INDUSTRY Co., we ensure every item is carefully selected, inspected, and verified before shipment.

Step 1 – Submit Your Inquiry

Fill out our online form with details of the vehicles, engines, or spare parts you need, including quantities and specifications. The more information you provide, the better we can source the right products for you.

Step 2 – Receive a Response

Our sales team reviews your inquiry and responds promptly. We clarify requirements, answer questions, and guide you on the best sourcing options.

Step 3 – Pro Forma Invoice & Confirmation

Once order details are finalized, we issue a pro forma invoice for approval. This includes total cost, shipping options, and estimated timelines. After your confirmation, sourcing begins.

Step 4 – Initial Payment & Purchase

A deposit of 30–70% (depending on the agreement) is required to start the purchase. Payments are made via telegraphic transfer, with bank charges covered by the buyer.

Step 5 – Inspection & Preparation

We work with our trusted partners to inspect and verify every item. Vehicles are evaluated using auction grading, engines are tested, and spare parts are checked for authenticity and quality.

Step 6 – Final Payment & Shipment Release

The remaining balance is paid before the Bill of Lading (BL) is released. Once confirmed, your order is shipped, and we provide tracking details and all documentation needed for smooth customs clearance.
